On August 28, we're joining forces with discovering hands for the first discovery walk: a group walk for women 40+, combining movement, connection, and valuable input for your health. Along the roughly six-kilometer route, you'll find info talks, yoga and breathwork sessions, as well as practical insights on breast health and menopause.

Starker & entspannter Beckenboden: Wie Nervensystem & Beckenboden zusammenhängen und warum es oft mehr braucht als nur Kräftigung

In den Wechseljahren sinkt der Östrogenspiegel, was zu einer Verringerung der Muskelmasse und Knochendichte führen kann. Dies wiederum sorgt dafür, dass der Beckenboden lockerer wird. Themen wie Harninkontinenz, vaginale Trockenheit und verminderte Empfindungen beim Geschlechtsverkehr sind Themen die viele Frauen betreffen.​
Gemeinsam mit Beckenboden Fachfrau Christina Stolavetz sprechen wir darüber wie das Nervensystem und der Beckenboden zusammenhängen, wie der Beckenboden gestärkt werden kann und auch darüber, wieso es in den Wechseljahren manchmal mehr braucht als die reine Kräftigung dieses Muskels.

Es gibt eine Gruppe von Frauen, über die kaum gesprochen wird, und die größer ist als man denkt: Frauen, die gerade kleine Kinder zuhause haben und bei denen der Körper gleichzeitig beginnt, sich aus der fruchtbaren Lebensphase zu verabschieden.​
​Erstmutterschaften passieren heute immer später und das zweite oder dritte Kind kommt oft Anfang 40, also genau dann, wenn auch die Perimenopause beginnen kann. Das ist keine Ausnahme mehr.​Beide Phasen sind große Umbrüche. Beide stellen dieselbe Frage: Wer bin ich jetzt? Beide machen etwas mit dem Nervensystem, mit dem Gespür für die eigenen Bedürfnisse, mit dem, was wir von uns selbst erwarten. Was passiert, wenn sie beide gleichzeitig passieren?​In diesem Webinar schauen wir gemeinsam mit Dipl. Pädagogin Lea Siemann (Therapie & Beratung von Erwachsenen, Kindern und Jugendlichen) darauf, wie sich das anfühlt, was es mit dem Alltag macht und was konkret helfen kann.
