I founded hermaid because I believe women deserve a healthcare system that truly sees, hears, and supports them. No one should have to put up with unbearable wait times or navigate a system that's indifferent to their needs. hermaid is about empowering women with technology to take control of their health and wellbeing.

hermaid is the first evidence-based platform for women in menopause in the German-speaking world.
Many women experience physical and mental symptoms during menopause, feel they aren't taken seriously enough medically, and often feel left alone by society. Yet these changes directly affect daily life, career, and quality of life.
Our goal is to actively empower women in midlife. That's why we take a holistic, gender-sensitive approach that combines medical expertise with modern technology – flexible to use, including through employer benefits.

Founded by sisters Anne and Susanne to close a critical care gap in women's health – low-barrier, medically grounded, and grounded in everyday life. - German Accelerator Internationalization Program

Funded by the Berlin Senate (REAKTOR Berlin) and nominated for the German Health Award. Winner of Female Startup Apperitivo. Rajesh joins as third co-founder to drive the platform's technological development.
